I was playing halo 5 and finished up a match not doing any better than anyone else on my team which were randoms and i was banned. Kind of rediculous if you have employees just playing who get pissed when they get beat, so they ban your customers. I only went second in my team and ive never had any reason to be banned yet you all hold the pride that you can piss off your customers but however choose not to deal with it and pass it off to xbox customer support.
Not to mention i get no notification as to why i was banned i know that sounds dumb to state but seriously… all i know is i have done nothing wrong and someone needs to fix this issue because i didnt spend 65 on a game that choose to play online only and i get banned from it…
If you’ve teamkilled (even by accidents) and caused betrayals, suicided too much or quit too many matches you’ll get banned.
I know, it’s really stupid. One guy posted and that he betrayed two teammates in a match. Got a 6-hour ban and he wasn’t going to be able to play H5 with a friend across the country.
I’ve splattered several teammates in one match and I have yet to face my ban. That’s how broken the system is.

Just got banned…my partner thought it be funny to boot me after I betrayed him by accident…now 9 hour ban…I don’t have all the time in the world to play this…I want my money back

Same! I was about to play with my friend and the match finished and I got banned (for nothing, it said I was griefing, but I was playing free for all) and I came first! It’s ridiculous, and I want my £45 back if I can’t even play the game! The banning system needs sorting out, or just to be removed altogether.

Please don’t revive old threads thanks. There is a ban thread in the Halo 5 support fourms for further support on matchmaking bans
