I have been playing MCC for around a week and ive been having a great time, this last weekend I was gone for personal reasons and returned to a disappointing message when I went to play some SWAT. I was told that I had a 1 month matchmaking Ban. I DO NOT cheat, leave games or do any xp glitches so I am very confused on why I was banned. Ive sent in several tickets to no response. I SERIOUSLY dident do anything and im very confused and I need help from somebody to get this reversed. Please 343 don’t mess this up too.
Sending multiple support tickets won’t resolve your situation any faster. The support team are no doubt dealing with a lot of them right now.
Tickets will take time to process and review and, as you can imagine, a lot of people are asking about this right now. Have patience, your case will be reviewed eventually
