banned for no reason

iv’e been banned from halo 5 arena and i don’t know why can someone help me. i was playing team arena summer preview when all of a sudden in the middle of a game a screen about a ban hammer or something pops up for a split second and im instantly kicked from the game and when i try to join any game in arena it says atleast 1 member in my fire team is banned and im the only one in my fire team
