Banned for leaving one game?

Ok so I started playing Halo 5 for the very first time today in Multiplayer mode. I was trying out different game modes, like Arena Warzone, etc. On one instance there was this annoying guy making weird noises in his mic and wouldn’t shut up. At the time I didn’t know how to mute him (or how to use the mute function in general) so I left the game immediately at the beginning. But I wasn’t banned then and there, it happened later on after playing several more games elsewhere.

Now another thing I did was leave matchmaking, during the intermissions a number of times to jump to different game modes.

My questions are these

  1. Was I banned for leaving that one game? Or did me leaving the matchmaking each time during intermission contribute?
    (I think the ban time said 2:03, and the reason was for leaving)

  2. How can we see the details of our banned history?

i know what you are going through i was banned for losing connection
