Banned For Leaving 1 Game After A While

I’m just want to know how this ban hammer system works.

I last week when infection had just cam out or around that time, I w came across a match and I decided to quit. I normally don’t but its not a constant trend for me.
But here’s the thing, I was about months or so ago when I quit my last game. Therefore it was quite a while. So how come when I just leave one game after that long, the game decides to banned me for like 19 mins.

It almost seems like it never forgets the last time you quit no matter how long ago it was,

I’m not trying to start anything crazy, I just want to know how this works.

it never forgets no matter how long. including disconnects and betrayal boots.
so STOP quitting.

there are no ban resets. once you get deamed a “DNFer” to say, then almost every DNF after that will trigger a ban. it is the one major down fall to the ban system. someone could have qquit a lot of games in october and been banned for up to three hours then never quit a game until today and they will still most likely get banned.

also please use the ban thread to talk about bans

The game doesn’t forget. Your prior history of quitting puts you on a short leash moving forward. Nobody knows how long you’re on that short leash though.

Anytime I quit a game I 00% expect to be given a temp ban after my next game. I only ever quit when I’m raging or playing super -Yoink- so a break is fine. If you ever quit, you should just plan on an uncoming ban.

also i checked you service record while yes your last quits were back in february you have not played but maybe only played 30 games since then. you have 20 DNF in less then 140 games. you have DNF sprees also were you quit 3 games in a row. so i kinda retract my previous statement. you havent played enough games really in between your last DNF to think the ban hammer was unjustified.
