Casey Paw is my gamertag on Xbox, and I was legitimately banned for lagging. There is no way that I have tampered with my console or network for an advantage. And I definitely did not impersonate a member of the 343 industries or from Microsoft. The only conclusion I can come to is that I was lagging while playing grifball. I am staying at my cousin’s house for I am visiting my family for this summer. He doesn’t have the internet connection to give a lag free gameplay. All I ask is for you to at least check this flaw with your ‘accurate’ automated system.
Because I know for a fact I did not pose as a 343 industry employee or a Microsoft worker. I haven’t modified or even know how to modify the network or console to purposely affect the game. What else could the ban result in? I was playing the game when the notification popped up.
You were banned because you were idling through games. Going through your game history, I saw many Grifball games where you had 0 score and 0 kills. The game interprets this behavior as boosting for XP, which is punishable with a temporary ban. Your ban is deserved.

Unfortunately OP I see this too, sorry but you weren’t banned for lagging and you aren’t going to get that apology. :I

ADKers are a scourge on the multiplayer world. Sorry OP.
First off it’s grifball. How can you even go 0 and 0? And I wasn’t afk. I was playing with my friend DDGLOCKA. Not once did I even leave my controller I was with him whole time.

Kills and deaths are still registered on Waypoint.
There would a point in almost every game that when died I couldn’t spawn. My friend Devin said that I was however. Unfortunately I was stuck at a screen where the countdown was at zero for about 2 or 3 minutes, and although I wasn’t spawned in, my character was just standing there. Please tell I was afk.
There’s nothing we can do dude, once a ban has been put in place it isn’t lifted. The server is pretty clever when it comes to bans. The odds of making a mistake in your case is pretty slim.
Does no one from 343 industries look at these? I just want to play, I’m trying to get venator armour, but its difficult when you cant get any assassinations or XP for that matter.
OP this is a community forum. A place where regular players like you and me come to help each other out or just discuss topics in general. Actual 343 employees very rarely venture on here.

Don’t ask us, the Waypoint records say you were AFK. Have a look.

Unfortunately, bans are irreversible whether or not they’re “legitimate.” I can understand your frustration if you do not feel it’s warranted, but no amount of posting or ranting will lift the ban before it expires.

If you couldn’t join, perhaps you should have contacted 343 and told them you were unable to connect to games? Or even waited a day or so to insure the problem was fixed?
Either way, if you couldn’t spawn in-game, it’ll still count as AFK or if you quit, it’ll count as quitting.
