Picked up guardians two days ago against my better judgement and after quitting a handful of games and a couple accidental betralys (in Warzone lol) I’ve earned a whopping 6 hour ban! Oh goodie! Can someone explain why and NOT WHY YOU GET BANNED but why such a legnthy ban was given to me?

Just in WZ you have 15 DNF In less then two days. Arena Is just as bad.
Can’t be quitting that many games In that short of time line. I might have 15 DNF out of over 2000+ games.
Betraying, You only get two, third one get booted.
The more you keep doing this the more time off you will get.
