Hey i got banned last night because my game keeps crashing on ranked its like the 4th or 5th time its crashed and i got banned for it surely ill get unbanned right? i got everything up to date all my drivers and everything. i sent a report in on halo support and they still haven’t looked at it since 4 days ago and i said that i got crashing issues.

maybe it was a temp ban because it says im not banned now i still need help with crashing i really dont want to get perma ban i love this game and im 1 off diamond someone pls help
Being banned permanently only results in hacking or blatant cheating, so don’t you worry. Leaving multiple matches will only give you a temporary ban with a cooldown timer.

Ive had crashes once in a while but I haven’t been banned or anything. Why don’t you submit a ticket on the Halo Support website?
i have and they never said anything sent it in on Wednesday

Reporting issues on the Halo Support site is the best way to go regarding crashes. It’s a holiday weekend right now but the team will be back in next week.
Not every ticket is going to get a direct response with a solution, a lot of the time all these reports are grouped together so that a fix can be tracked down faster. 343 will no doubt provide an update as soon as they have something to share regarding crashes - whether it’s troubleshooting steps or a hotfix
