Banned for betrayals in heavies?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, Xbox phone support told me to post here.

I recently discovered the Heavies playlist in Halo 4, have been really enjoying it but due to the heavy weapons I’ve been kicked a few times for accidental betrayals despite being as careful as I feel I can be. I was then playing a game where I managed to get a 32/0 kd spread, I even got the Repeat Survivor achievement (https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-gb/games/halo-4/xbox-360/service-records/players/blackstarsolar), possibly one of my best games ever. When I finish the game, I’ve now got a message saying I am banned from match making.

I’m wondering was I banned for the betrayals? They seem to happen all the time (i.e. I get team killed often) in Heavies because of all the heavy weapons.

Can anyone tell me how long the ban will last?

To find out about bans it’s best to contact Xbox Live support but since there mentioning here then I’d assume you would need to get one of the admins attentions.
I suspect this thread needs to be moved to the Halo 4 support page here.
