I shouldn’t have to suffer from being kicked from your -Yoink- dedicated servers.
I have 250up/250down at all times, so my connection is just -Yoinking!- fine.
I pay money for the game, req packs when I want to enjoy the possibility of some cool armor/helment etc… and to play online. This is basically stealing my money.
So do the halo community a favor and go violently -Yoink- yourselves you -Yoinking!- pieces of -Yoink-.
I see a bunch of -Yoinking!- people in here -Yoinking!- and whining about quitting games and getting the ban hammer. I NEVER quit a game even when I’m getting my -Yoink- handed to me, but to be kicked from servers and then consider it a “quit” is absolute -Yoink-.

To actual offer up some substance to the community instead of “just -Yoinking!-” about the problem.
We need to all voice our issues with this, most people just consider it “part of the internet / servers”.
Imagine what the EU halo players are feeling always being connected to servers in the US, I seriously feel terribly for them.
There has to be a way through networking to check if a play quits vs if a player lags out. There have been so many threads on here about this Ban Hammer issue and I’ve never once in my life had an issue with any sort of ban hammer, in ANY GAME, period. But if I’m going to pay for a game, that pays for your salaries I expect work to be done on the issue as well as updates through email / social networks (facebook, twitter, this blog) about what exactly, has happened, what is happening to correct the issue and what is being done to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
Being a software engineer myself, I don’t get paid by a client to create something for them then when issues arise just never communicate what I’m doing to eradicate the issue.
Am I the only one that thinks this -Yoink- is crazy?
