welp by looking at OP arena games he did actually quit 1 game going back to Jan games. Idk what to tell ya but it does suck that you got ban after quitting one game. I know I got banned for 20minutes or so after getting kicked out of games 2 times cuz servers r crap.

For what… six, maybe eight minutes? Somehow, I suspect you will get over it.
The fact is that you did intentionally quit. In contrast, since Halo 5 launched I have completed over 2600 matchmaking games, and I have yet to find a compelling reason to quit in the middle. Through a rather remarkable coincidence, I have never been banned!
The bottom line is really quite simple: don’t quit, and you won’t get banned.
