But I cant even sign into the support page for Halowaypoint to submit a ticket from what I read.
So im trying to make my voice heard and say that I got banned for no reason, I found out today im banned for 1 whole month…
Please help.
Generally we would ask you to use the ban thread pinned at the top of the MCC forums for any queries on matchmaking bans. As your ban is longer than the standard quit ban times, that means it was manual enforcement - usually for discriminatory comments in chat, cheating, griefing, etc. You can appeal those bans here: https://aka.ms/HaloSupport
