Banned but why ?

So I did some halo today and noticed some strange matchmaking problems.

  • someone in the fireteam is banned spam

Anyways it went away several times and later after a match that i LOST yes lost. I suddenly got a banhammer.
I made a post on a facebook group and a guy could still play halo he even made a picture. A few minutes after he also suddenly got a banhammer after his match.

Do more people have this problem? I know that xbox live has issues at the moment.
