Anybody else been banned because of server host lost?! WTF -Yoink-.
Been playing halo for a while, not terrible at it.
Got put in a game that the team was getting absolutely raped, thx matchmaking…
Had to take a piss. so just quit whatever… first game.
Next game played all the way through, then the server cut out and said disconnected.
Now sitting here with my -Yoink- in my hand trying to play and telling me I’m banned for whatever 10 mins wtffff
Just trying to play the -Yoinking!- game, thanks microsoft and Bunjie.
Im down with punishing quitters but it needs to do a better job of identifying offenders!
Anybody else have this problem? When you’re a normal gamer and getting banned that quick,
especially when i didn’t quit the second game it was a server malfunction!
I had the same problem just on Tuesday. I quit one match to feed my old boys horses came back and got half way through a game, ‘lost connection to servers’. Bam! 10 minute ban. Didn’t understand with a d/c how I got banned but alright.

Somewhere in the midst of the poor grammar, bad spelling and profanity laced statements there is a point, right?

I think his point was that he got banned for something he didn’t have control over.

If you wouldn’t have quit you wouldn’t have been banned… Yes I have disconnected once or twice since launch and have yet to be banned at all. Why you ask… well because I don’t quit games at all. I won’t start a game unless I know I can finish it. You said you quit a game and I bet if some one opened your game history there will probably be a couple of other quits.
