Banned and no idea why

Hello. I played halo last night online and signed on tonight but it says I can’t play Xbox love multiplayer games. I am even banned from custom games. I have not received a message telling me I’m banned or for how long. I’ve never been banned for and have no idea why I would be? Can someone please help me understand? If I’ve never been banned, I don’t know why I’d be banned even from custom games. Please help.

Is it a specific game ban?

It’s all of matchmaking for halo 5 including custom games.

That happened to me earlier today. A hard reset fixed it.
