Banned and I haven't played a single match

I tried to start a multiplayer match just a few moments ago and was greeted with a “banhammer” message that says I am banned for about 4 more days. If anyone could help me I’d appreciate it.

It must have been those 3 campaign deaths, JK. This is crazy tho, 4 DAYS!!! Did you do some seriously nefarious stuff in H4 to still be banned 3 years later?

I can consider myself a patient player rather than a quitting one, because even after this problem that occurs every single time I play Arena, I keep trying to play. This has been happening throughout january, thats why the ban time has been build up to 7 days. Even on my birthday when I thought I was going to play a few matches with my friends I also got banned, thank you 343…

After contacting my provider and microsoft, forwarding ports and asking for help on forums it’s confirmed to me it’s not my connection. I’m getting little to no help, but I still want to bring out the word. I know for a fact that there are a lot of players out there that have been through this.

Here are two other videos out of the uncountable times this happened. Can somebody also explain to me how you can get banned for quitting a campaign mission? The same also happen when I played a match of warzone, I get banned In arena which I did not even play. I’m clueless.

I’d agree with this. Your account looks to be in good standing too for reputation, otherwise I would have suggested the Xbox Enforcement website. Very strange one this, hopefully Bravo or the Forum Team can help you out with it

Best to start a new topic if you want to discuss you ban, as it doesn’t directly relate to the issue that the OP here is having

Speaking of that ban OP, did you manage to get it resolved at all?

So I tried to start up a big team battle map with some friends and as the game was darting it banned me for an absurdly me amount of time I never left a game today once.

I see 4 DNF’s in your game history over the last 2 days. That probably has alot to do with it too.
