I been playing thru both the xbox app and steam, i have done all the suggested fixes but my game will still randomly crash. Some times i can go a day or two with no crashes, others i crash every other game. Its getting to where i dont even want to play comp any more because i lose a crazy amount of progress for a crash. AND BANS!!
I see some people say they get there crashes on respawns, but mine are usually at the start of the match, or just while im moving around. Sound will cut out, then i freeze then game fully closes out. come back to see huge losses in rank. NOT very fun.
