Banned after being disconnected after match

I got a ban after I quit one match earlier because we had one idling teammate giving the other team kills, and then right at the end of my last match it disconnected me for some reason and told me a had a ban of “2:30” for some reason? I only quit one match today, so am I being punished for a connection problem? Is there any way to avoid this maybe?

EDIT: Whoops, I thought that meant 2 hours instead of minutes, so problem solved I guess.
