Dear 343 Industries:
I’ve been banned for the next 13 hours from Area because I quite 1 game.
This is not the first time this has happened. In fact, I am frequently banned from Area if I quit a game. A single game. If I were quitting multiple games per halo session or per day or even per week I could understand but to be continuously banned after quitting once is ridiculous and, frankly, very unfair. Please remedy this problem.
I hope this is not happening to other players.
Also, you should really consider posting a contact page on the waypoint or on your website as even Microsoft did not have access to a contact number or email and I am therefore resigned to posting this in a forum. Not allowing people to contact you, even by email, is in my opinion unprofessional and speaks volumes of your company’s confidence in their product and service.

I almost never quit and have very few DNFs. I quit one game the other day in multi team and got a ban for seven minutes. Now seven minutes is not a lot but it was enough for me to turn my xbox off.
