I know this is a lot to read but I hope some of you can read all of it, I ranted a bit with some parts.
The Halo Infinite Campaign reveal was not well received, I disliked the plain looking cartoon like graphics, they shouldn’t bring back the cartoon like art style of Bungie to this franchise.

As for the game itself, here is a list of what I think this game needs to be successful.
-
Having the entire games multiplayer being free could hurt profits, many people don’t even bother with the campaign, even though I am interested in Halo lore, I have never completed Halo 4 or Halo 5’s campaign. I suggest they make the Warzone and Social playlists free to play (maybe social playlist should be part of the paid game) with Ranked playlists being part of the base game and having exclusive maps.

Many maps in Halo 5 revolved around a central point and I often found myself running around the sides of the map because going in a middle area would leave both sides exposed. I like this map design, I would rate this layout 4/5 but too many maps were like this in Halo 5.
-
More map theme diversity, many maps in Halo 5 took place in some type of industrial building/complex, while I like these settings, I would like to see other areas, the recent reveal showed exactly that, another industrial complex type of building.

Halo 5 had a great Forge feature, many of the maps looked amazing, ones that mixed structures and out door areas. The issue I had with it was many maps look bad, this is due to the low textured blocky plain looking forge structures. Maps like Fractured and Traffic Jam to name some, they should do away with the signature plain looking forge look of buildings so people can create more realistic maps that are similar to the quality of the 343 designed maps. There were some Forge maps in Halo 5 that had a similar graphics quality compared to the 343 designed maps like Refuge, no other maps come to mind since I hardly played Halo 5 in Custom games, even though I book marked many Forge maps, I haven’t played many.

A bigger Warzone Game mode, an epic 100 vs 100 without any PVE elements on one really huge map (this map could also be used for battle royal)
As for other game modes 45 vs 45 Banished vs UNSC is interesting but why not make it 50 vs 50? In the game itself, Brutes and Elites, most of them have significantly stronger shields/armor than Spartans but they don’t charge up as quickly as Spartans do. For balance I guess they would have to make all the Elites and Brutes with similar armor/shields, perhaps they should make their armor look different than the Brutes and Elites you encounter in the single player campaign. It’s called Banished vs UNSC so they might include lower tier UNSC and Banished like Marines and Kig-Yar, I don’t think they should mix those in game with Spartans, Brutes and Elites. Maybe certain maps can be Kig-Yar vs Human UNSC soldiers. -
The Campaign reveal showed Master Chief with only a shield health bar so I guess the armor health (like what was in Halo 5) was invisible, the armor bar that Halo 5 had should be added. I always thought the Armor was too weak for Spartans in this game, 2-3 shots from a DMR in Halo 5 without shields and you are dead. I suppose in the lore the Armor is not weak since most Spartans work as a 4 man team and if one is injured they kneel and it goes into an armor lock and they can be recharged by allies. Overall I guess the armor is stronger than it is if it is disabled then it goes into an armor lock that renders the Spartan unable to move or damage the enemy but makes them almost invincible to enemy fire since I guess the power armors suit is grounding itself to make it stronger and needs a power boost from another Spartan to get back to normal.

Having 120 fps might not be good, I think they should prioritize graphics quality over 120fps and make it 60fps. The issue is at least half or more people who will put at least 100 hours or more in the games multiplayer will be playing on 60hz screens so 120hz people will have an advantage. Perhaps they can make the competitive game modes 120fps on 4vs4/5vs5 maps and 60fps for BTB/other modes. In Halo 5, having 120hz is useless since the game engine is locked at 60fps.
