So it has been said that the Banished do have humans who have been influenced by them according to the Official Spartan Manual. And the Spartan Augmentations can apparently be replicated by private groups with enough resources. Do you believe this could imply we might be seeing knockoff Spartan Super Soldiers as potential opponents in Halo Infinite or any other future Halo related content since the Banished are not above having former enemy races amongst their ranks. They could even fill the mold for potential opponents in the Invasion gametype if they decide to bring it back.
There was a traitor spartan 4 in one of the comics, so maybe some of them jumped ship if any others exist. Given the state of the galaxy at the end of 5, I couldn’t completely blame them if they went to the Banished.
It’s a kool idea I’d love to see them run with but I doubt it’s something we’ll see anytime soon.
Personally I would love to see it happen. And I do think it’s possible. We need human ai both on our team and against our team, and rebel humans with unsc like tech could fill that role. It would also be a fun way to keep unsc pushing their own tech and Spartan capabilities.
We probably won’t see renegade Spartans, but if humans are a part of the Banished they will likely have ties to Insurrectionists. What I’d like to see eventually is the procedures to create Spartans leak out and fall into rebel hands and depriving the UEG it’s monopoly on Spartan super soldiers. And I believe Atriox is in possession of MJOLNIR schematics (could be wrong), so that’d be something he could contribute.

That would be a stretch but anything seems possible with the Banished at this point. They can defeat the flood head-on and make 3 Spartan Super Soldiers run for their lives so nothing surprises me with them anymore.

That is an interesting idea but then again they do have Elites who are on the same level as Spartans in certain ways.
Honestly, if the Spartan augmentation programme is leaked to enemy factions, it’s not the human Spartans I’m worried about.
