I got kicked from a game immediately after it said deployed and then I got a banhammer from arena. wtf did I do to deserve being banhammered. I didn’ leave the game willingly I got kicked from it.
The game can’t tell the difference between someone losing connection to the servers and someone pulling the plug of their console so it has to treat them both as if they’re the latter otherwise people would abuse the system.
It’s worth mentioning that you do not get a ban from leaving a single match. It requires leaving multiple matches within a period of time. I’ve been disconnected from many matches throughout the course of H5, but only got an arena ban once due to it and it only lasted about 30 minutes or an hour.
