The ban system for arena is ridiculous. I’ll lose connection mid-game then I’ll get a ban message for “quitting to many matches” but I never even quit!
Every now and then if we start doing very poorly, players will leave until it’s just me plus maybe one player vs. a full team. That’s bad enough, but the few times I’ve actually left the game in those cases I get banned instantly, after one time!!! I thought it was REPEATED quitting.
I shouldn’t be banned in the 1st place. How do I contact 343 directly? It’s to the point where I want my money refunded and maybe litigation. Hitting them in their net profits will get their attention.

Not sure about contact info other than getting the studio address. You might be able to find phone numbers if you look hard enough on the net.
