I am seeing all over the Forums of people complaining about being banned. Some of these topics are being described as “banning due to connection issues”.
I got Halo 5 on Sunday (31st Jan) I have already had a 10minute ban. This is disgusting. I paid for this game.
Not only should I not get banned but I should definitely not get banned due to connection/server issues or having to go and either cook or eat dinner.
I am a customer of 343 and should be treated with respect.
I fully understand that if I am doing something that can improve my game play or allow me to have an advantage over the rest then fine but to be banned for dinner is just wrong. This is clearly a lazy method to not have as many moderators on the servers.
I hope someone from 343 reads and can explain a little more in depth if I am getting this wrong.
