Can somebody explain the banhammer rules to me! The last game I quit on was in either May or June. I quit one game today and banned from match making for an indefinite time since no time was allocated. 343 need to scrap the ban hammer as if you are being destroyed by shoddy servers and spawns why stay in the match just to give mr I live closer to the server than you a good kd.
Why am I still being banned?
Scrap the hammer and just take rep off people who quit, or put JIP in since its in warzone and action sack!!!

None of the above helps but ta for trying!!!
The ban hammer depends on the number of games you played without quitting instead of time. So if you haven’t played for 2 months then quit about 2-3 arena games then the banhammer strikes (With extended time.)

Cheers matey this now makes sense, I only play halo once a week as 343 have destroyed the campaign for me but I still like the multi.
But this still makes no sense since I very rarely quit and play only one or two days a week so why the bans after one quit? Mayhap 343 can comment!
The ban hammer is flawed. That is the truth.

I wouldn’t expect a response from them. It seems to be based on a percentage (Note seems) that around 10% of recent matches are DNFS. If you have been previously banned you will be ‘kept under a closer eye’ so to speak.
