I quit a game as I had to go, and was hit by the banhammer. I did not catch how long the banhammer was for however because I assumed it was a req sync service error. Now I realise it was the banhammer as I can’t load into any multiplayer mode. I restarted my Xbox and game about 10 minutes later and I was unable to play the game online. My account was level 1 down from 109 and could only access campaign? How long is this banhammer for and is there any way to check? Is it permanent because know I can not access the game at all; none of my game data is loading?
