Banhammer needs to be Nerfed to Oblivion!

I’m sorry 343i but your Banhammer is out of control. Like i just got Banned for 19 hours & 47 mins after one quit from an unbalanced unfair match. I saw plenty of topics on how the banhammer is banning people for too long after a few quits or disconnection issues. Like i know you don’t want people to leave games and all that jazz. But due to disconnection errors that or Team balancing issues that result with Unbalanced games that result with the losing team quitting out of frustration. Then the Banhammer is pretty much a big slap in the face for people who are facing these issues. So yeah the Banhammer needs to be nerfed to Oblivion!

Of course reducing the amount of ban time won’t be enough. I suggest whenever someone leaves a match they have to fill in a survey for why you leave the match. The following options would be “Unbalanced Teams” “Lag Issues.” “Bad teammates” “Forced Disconnection” or “None of the Above” If you’re reason is legit you won’t receive the ban otherwise if you’re lying you’ll may get a ban for a few hours. Although choosing None of the above will reduce the penalty for being honest unless you quit too many times for no good reason.

So Yeah 343i please fix the Banhammer by reducing its Penalty and let us get you know why we quit/disconnect so we won’t get unfairly banned anymore.

It’s pretty lax in warzone, you can leave up to 3 games in a row it seems before banning kicks in.

A word of warning though, if you think teammates suck in Arena, you haven’t seen ANYTHING yet. lol

Yep, the worst is leaving for something that is a problem caused by the game itself, or unsportmanlike players, yet we have to suffer. Really makes me not want to play when I get a 9 hour ban for disconnecting, when I never have connection issues.

No its doing a terrible job! I got forced to play against an enemy team that was way better then my own team and two of my teammates were not helping as one of them quit too early while the other was being idle. So no way i was gonna deal with this. So of course i bailed. You expect me to take the loss like a Punching bag!? Heck NO! I should NOT be banned from quitting from an unbalanced game with bad teammates!

Also did you really just quote my whole topic? That’s not necessary.

I usually just switch to warzone or put a different game in.

They do have a big problem with this, and it was VERY apparent the weekend with valentines doubles.
