BanHammer is unbalanced.Fix the connection issues!

When people get banned their placed on a cool down. They wait and they ply. For some reason The BanHammer is making people not play Online anymore and can’t play arena or warzone. It happens to me. When I finish a game I might lose connection and get placed on a cooldown. IF any 343 development or member reads this please fix the BanHammer!!

Now the connectivity issues.When people have good Internet Connectionservice they rarely can dunked on by issues. BUT!! I’ve been looking at people losingredients connection to the game and get dunked on.its such a nuisance and it’s annoying. Please fix this 343 or a member!
