So today I was banned for 9 hours and 47 minutes, I disconnected from one match and another I did quit cos I was getting annoyed, now yes I understand that maybe I should be punished but that amount of time for two quits is bloody ridiculous! Now I can’t even play the game that I gave money too for almost ten hours. Half an hour would be fine maybe even an hour for two quits but almost ten hours is stupid.
EDIT: I’m not saying I shouldn’t be banned, I was just stating I believe almost 10 hours is a bit too long. Also I don’t fully understand how it is tracked whether it’s daily, weekly, monthly or all time.

I had two disconnects three days ago I think quite close to each other. Another day a month ago I think it went up to three. Haven’t been banned or even warned yet if that’s a thing.
One person here while I’m typing already looked at your match history and saw 19 DNFs (Did Not Finish). Bet more people will be in to investigate. Seeing as I have no experience of any ban for three matches, but you have from two, one of us is lying.

That’s overall since the games been out, I’m on about just today, I don’t fully understand how they track it. Thought it was tracked daily, maybe it is all time but I have friends who have quit more than me and never got a ban.

I’ve had two today, as stated above this one, I have no idea if they track it overall or daily.
From October 30 to December 01 you have quit 12 out of 40 games of Arena only. Sure you have quit only 4 times in 60 games since.
Now lets talk about warzone. This is getting worst. You did okay for November by quitting only 5 game out of 50 but you quit 15 games out of 50.
You deserve it simple as that. Stop being a quitter and play the damn game
Is it based on a ratio of games finished to games left? May not be about a flat number or anything like that. The algorithm may even take into account personal stats to determine if it’s rage quitting.

You have around 10 DNF matches over the last 7 days and more going further back. When you are banned it doesn’t just take into account your last 2 or 3 games, a case is built up against you every time you quit, betray or AFK. You last matches will have triggered a ban based on the case it has already built up for you. The banhammer isn’t strict, it’s just finally taking action against players that it should have been doing years ago.

Does it matter? Shouldn’t quit. Save those for the disconnects.

How does that matter? Having a bad connection or being affected by server problems is no different than quitting to everyone else who have no issues. If you disconnect a lot, no matter who’s fault it is, you’re affecting other players and need to take a break.

It is not daily. It’s cumulative. Sorry, but I fully support your ban and the ban system. Don’t quit, you ruin the 7 other player’s experience that are playing in your game
Speaking as a fellow Banhammeree (is that a real word?) I do beleive that the system is too strict. I do agree that yoinks who quit, betray, afk should be banned, but the amount of time (multiple hours and even days) is too harsh. I was banned for three stinkin’ days due to having bad internet (server disconnects). I should be able to play the game I paid for and not be banned. I finally quit playing and took apart my xbox on principle. The banhammer should be revised and I will not play again until it is.
That being said I will totally sell out my beliefs and play some more wonderful HALO 5: Guardians the moment I get better internet (who needs honor and dignity anyway?)
