This is the first time I’ve ever been banned in Halo. I was playing a game of swat where my team was pinned into a farming area and practically getting spawn farmed. After an unexplainably lengthy war zone losing streak, I just wasn’t in the mood, so I quit. Yes, I quit an extremely poorly made match in Halo 5. I have myself a couple of minutes to cool down, then hopped onto another game.
As soon as the match was made and began to load, I got kicked with a nice little message telling me I was Banhammered.
Now, mind you, I don’t quit games. I think in all of Halo 5, I May have only quit one game before this, and that was near launch.
This just seems rediculious. If 343i can’t get their matchmaking together, with things like wholly lopsided teams, or using a victory boost only to be thrown into a losing game, why should I be expected to grind the thing out? I get that excessive quoting can negatively effect other’s games, but I quit ONCE!

In general I dont quit even if 12vME its annoying when teammates just don’t play it out. But how long were you banned thats odd it usually happens on the second time and should be that long of a ban.
There is a permathread stickied to the top of the Halo 5 forum section. I’m pretty sure you’re supposed to use that.
