So let me preface this with I have gone afk repeatedly and quit two matches.
Now the two quits, those are my fault, but the inactivity is not really my fault.
I often need to leave for roughly 30 seconds every couple matches. I kick -Yoink- the rest of the time, but I needed to get up and help my dad.
He is very ill with cancer and he often needs help walking, or sometimes falls, which I need to react quickly to and cannot predict when I will need to do this.
I realize the system has no idea the circumstance of why I left.
I am active for the majority of the match, except for 30 seconds.
now I am banned for a week. It’s ridiculous, I cannot play a game I played, for reasons out of my control.
How do I contact Microsoft (343) to ask them to remove the ban?
