llevo 2 dias asi y no he cometido ninguna alteracion al juego ni nada de lo que se menciona en las reglas. soy SR-49
porfavor ayudenme.

I only have authority over the forums, but based on publicly-available information, it’s possible that the system thought you were sitting in matches without playing, to earn EXP without any effort. The system can’t tell whether or not you were actually playing during a match, so it tries to guess by using your score. If you play several matches without receiving any points, the ban system thinks you weren’t playing at all.
Unfortunately, there is no appeals process. (This is probably because there aren’t enough 343 Industries employees to handle large numbers of appeals efficiently.) Even if you are able to somehow prove that the ban is a wrongful one, it probably won’t be lifted. Sorry.
