Simple as that: If you pre-order the Master Chief Collection, would you rather receive the Bandanna or Pinata skull as a bonus?
My personal opinion would have to be Bandanna. Too much fun, and overpowered-ness.
I don’t understand the thinking behind piñata when you could have bandana honestly.
Bandanna is going to make it a little easier, Pinata would get you screwed if you are trying to melee everything excessively.
Bandana. I want infinite ammo, -Yoink!-! It helps a lot on Legendary, & it’s just an overall fun skull to use. But I still think Pinata is a pretty good skull, beat 'em 'till candy comes out!

Bandanna … I have it for Halo CEA, but I never use it.
I want to get the Bandanna Skull but I get 20% off of all new games through Best Buy and I would just get Grunt Funeral- which screws you up if you melee them.

This, but I’d prefer Bandanna. Hopefully the whole pre-order thing is just early unlocks so you don’t have to search for them in-game? I know I’m grasping at straws here, I just don’t know why they’d do this to us again, now with items that affect gameplay. Sigh

Oh yes…not only that, but Halo 3 and Halo 4 (if its available on those 2. Haven’t really paid attention if those skulls will be active CE - 4).

…Ahem…and let’s not forget Grunt Funeral. That really paid off in CEA, especially on Legendary. One grunt explosion took care of the Elites and Hunters, if you think about it. However, I would love to see it make a return as well as available for all 4 titles (that is b/c having a Knight next to the Grunt, would pay off), 
Well, considering that Bandanna basically is an upgraded version of Pinata, I would have to say Bandanna. For… obvious reasons. Halo 2 Legendary…
How about no pre-order exclusives?
Does the MCC even need them? I don’t think pre-order exclusives would really make any difference to their sales.
