Bandana Skull(Halo CE MCC) don't appear to select

I got the Bandana Skull (Halo CE, MCC) but I can’t select it to play the game. The skull don’t appear to select…why?

Looks like you would have had to pre-order from gamestop or eb in order to unlock the bandanna skull. will be available 12/12 for everyone. see link for details.
