oke so a friend was playing halo 5 on my xbox/profile and he wasnt doing anything bad and now i got banned for no reason why what happend he dint teamkill curse or was idle and just gets banned when i game ended and was killed at the last sec victory already came up and then 2 disconnected screens and banned

We are in the same boat, I had a ban for 24 hours, and I played 5 games when the ban was lifted, and was banned for 3 days, after a completed game…
I just got dropped for going to the bathroom haha

If you let someone else have access to your account, then you alone are responsible for anything that happens while someone else is in control. If they have done something to get you banned then you’ll just have to wait it out. In future, don’t give others access to your account.

Well if you’re going to go in the middle of a game… Best thing to do is either wait and back out at the end of a game then go, or quit of out the game and go. First option won’t get you banned for idling and is idea. 2nd will increase your chances of being banned for quitting, but only if you’re going to be doing it all of the time.
So I have bad connection and I got kicked out of 2 games and now I’m banned for 24 hours that’s not fair or right in any sense how is ther a way to fix it I don’t wanna be banned for nothing

Ya I got banned as well, for 24 hours. I was playing big team battle. I got last kill. And it shot me to the ban hammer strikes screen. Banned for 1 day it’s okay. But If I get banned 3 days for the same reason then I’ll be upset. Could you please fix this.

It’s stupid that they ban you for no reason and for all things it is for 2 hours.
Yea this ban -Yoink- is stupid they need to take this bs off its annoying.
It sucks when you get disconnected from games and it counts as quitting a game or if you go and do something such as going to the bathroom. Sometimes, you can’t control those things and you shouldn’t get punished for that. There should be a system that distinguishes between someone quitting a game and someone simply not finished the game due to either disconnection or getting kicked from being inactive for a little time, unless there already is.
Where is the proper channel to complain about excessive ban times? 7 days is a long time to be banned. Thanks.
I keep getting dropped at the end of matches in arena slayer, so I of course get banned. Can you please fix that problem, thanks!
