He was using an aimbot and some how he and his split screen friend were seeing me and my team mates through walls. All my teammates were complaining and we all filed complaints. We wanna make sure they get banned so I’m posting this on here as well. When we looked at every killcam after our deaths they were looking at the ground and the gun snapped to our heads and we died and their cursors on the middle of the screen would turn red when we were behind a wall, so they basically knew where we were at before they even saw us. When i was viewing they’re teammates killcams to see if i was wrong about the aimbot and wallhack i didn’t see anything of what i described from their teammates, So 343 can u please ban these idiots, they don’t deserve to play any video games. BTW we were playing SWAT so imagine how annoying it is to get killed by people who don’t know how to play fairly.
EDIT: i will put all the games on my file share if u guys at 343 wanna see proof
Don’t call out individuals.
Don’t trust the kill-cams.
1- Do NOT post gamertags of other people, regardless of their actions. If they were cheating, they’ll be plenty of people that will report them in each game.
2- Xbox Live does the banning from Xbox live. 343 does not.
2- Kill Cams have always been messed up since the game’s release. Often times, they’ll be showing the player having their aim off. The best “kill cam” will always be theater mode.
I’m not saying they’re cheating or not. But, regardless, it’s against forum rules to post gamertags of other players. Please read the rules before doing so.
Thanks, everyone, for letting OP know about the calling out rule. And thanks, OP, for editing the gamertag out of your post in deference to that rule.
We don’t allow users to call out gamertags on this forum because of the possibility of false accusations, and because we don’t want disruptions or witch hunts getting started on the boards. Even if someone is obviously, provably cheating, you shouldn’t post their name on Halo Waypoint.
What you can do is file a complaint on their gamertag. You can do that by opening their Gamer Card (their profile) from the in-game menus, and then selecting “File a Complaint.” -Yoink!- (the Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team) investigates all complaints in a timely manner.
