I think its safe to say that while the ban system may need to be refreshed, the amount of us who are banned illigitimately are so miniscule to the amount of those who get banned and deserve it that I’m sure our voices of complaint are drowned out by the cheer of relief from those who are happy the deserving were banned. From reading through these posts I can gather that the miniscule percentage of us being improperly banned does not warrant a system rehaul or an update to their ban hammer. We paid for a game and accepted a free service, your voice of concern will only be given a “well, best of luck next time” and that is the extent of our assistance according to a terms of use policy. We agreed to it and there is nothing much we can do. On the flip side, to whoever reads this and the moderators who will undoubtedly delete this, thank you at least for taking the time to listen to our complaints even though there isnt much that can be done about them.
For anyone else who feels like they were cheated, mistreated or otherwise wronged with their ban or temporary ban, you choose to play the game. If you’re unhappywith how the system works, feel free to play a different game. I know I like how the network behaves the majority of the time and will continue to suffer through the inevitable ban hammers because I enjoy the material Bungie/343i continues to produce.
