I was banned TWICE in a row for BTB crapping the bed. I endure and seethe while getting stomped in arena and when I want to try something else I am punished. It is an absolute joke of a system and should not be in BTB. My account should be cleared of these two bans in case another tech screw up on your part occurs. It is unfathomable to think people got banned for several hours due this nonsense. Please at least acknowledge this problem. If they have somebody please let me know.
