I just want to state, I am all for the ban system. Unfortunately the ban system is bugged/flawed/glitched. Currently if you leave a game for whatever reason, and don’t do it often you are good join another match. The problem is, the very next match, win or lose, the game will then ban you. It is glitched in the way that it thinks you leave the second game, therefore enforcing a progressive ban. Then there is absolutely no way what so ever to contact customer support for their flawed messed up system (i know it states there is no way to appeal a ban, but there should be).
Now, another problem, players can just console quit, and leave the game before it starts without penalties. They can continuously do this without a problem, leaving teams at 3v4. If you ban people for actually playing a game, then seeing they are down 3v4, then leaving, you are punishing the wrong people. The ban hammer should automatically be erased if it is found the team is 3v4 at the start of the match (like loss stat prevented). It is unfair to go into a lopsided match without join in progress. If people leave that game they should have every right to do so without penalty.
You should ban people who leave match mid game or very start of the match. People should play the game out through its duration.
You should stop with the progressive ban. It should have a cooldown timer of 24 hours. If you leave more than 3 games in 24 hours you get banned for like 10 minutes. Second is 20, so on.
More importantly you need customer support. People sometimes cannot post on the forum, or even have a way to contact you. Its sad, real sad, that there is no support structure for this game.
