I had just won an “Team Arena” match, when suddenly I got disconnected because of 343’s connection problems, I try to load up another game of Team Arena and I have been banned for 3 hours.
I admit I do leave alot, but recently I stopped for the simple fact I don’t wanna be banned anymore.
But really, because of a problem on the 343’s end, I got banned?
Is there anyway they can fix my ban or atleast do something?

You’re not the only one. I’ve been banned twice because I get disconnected from the servers. It’d be nice if 343i focused a bit more on that, or at least have leniency towards losing connection.
I have only had one server crash since the latest update and it resulted in me getting banned. Just one. I did get on the forums and complain about it. Guess thats why…

No. Bans are automated so there are no appeals.
