So I just popped in Halo 4 to play and received a message saying my account has been banned from earning xp. I played a couple games last night and didn’t do anything I wasn’t supposed to. I haven’t played at all today. What can I do? I don’t know if anyone in the house used my account (they have no reason to so I doubt it). Could someone have done something to my account? Please help. It’s not fair since I didn’t do anything wrong. I was in a party with friends, so I wasn’t trash talking, I didn’t do lewd gestures (i.e. “t-bagging”), I played the games and don’t even know how to cheat since I’ve played maybe 20 multiplayer games so far, I don’t derank (not that good to make it worth while), I played the game, so no idling…I can’t figure out what went wrong. Please unlock my account. I need all the help I can get since I play only a couple hours a day due to 14hr work days. So not cool…
