Good afternoon.
I looked through your Halo 4 Game History and you have quite a handful of games of Flood recently played from yesterday with a guest account signed in with 0 kills, eight of your last seventeen flood games to be precise. You also have a recent game of Flood where your primary account had 0 kills. You also quit one game of Flood yesterday. So the automated banhammer seen nine of your seventeen games yesterday with 0 kills on your account, as your guests are linked to your primary account. If they get 0 kills in a game, that will count against your main account, as well as one quit/lagout. The banhammer seen ten of your last seventeen flood games as quit/AFK/Zero kills.
You also had a slayer game yesterday with a guest signed in with 0 kills. So within the last twenty games you played, you had eleven treated as quit/AFK/Zero kills. The reason why the Automated system is in place is to prevent cheating, habitual quitting, boosting, and other unsporting conduct. Signing in a guest and having that guest do nothing, getting 0 kills is seen by the banhammer as AFC/AFKing (Away from controller), and repeated offenses may even be seen as boosting (Even if you had a guest who was trying to play). When a person idles, it degrades the gameplay experience and LIVE service for other players as well due to having one less person on your team who is playing and giving the opposing team free kills, which violates the LIVE Code of Conduct you agreed to upon signing up for your Xbox LIVE account.
From Section F of the Code of Conduct: -“Do not take any action to cause degradation of service for Microsoft or other users, including but not limited to network interference or manipulation.”
I would hate to say it, but from what I have seen, it sounds like you earned your XP Ban. I hope this helps and have a nice day now.

Good afternoon.
With all due respect, posting in a non-English language is against the Halo Waypoint forum rules and is considered spam. You can read the rules you agreed to upon signing up for a Halo Waypoint account here .
Quoted from BS Angel in the Forum Rules Thread: -“Please do not spam. Spam includes but is not limited to commercial posts, single word responses, petitions, non-English posts, posts containing all-caps, necroposts and bumps (replies purposely made to move the thread to the top of the active thread list).”
Now to help you better understand why you may have recieved an XP Ban. I looked through your Halo 4 game history, and from today alone, I found one game you quit (or were lagged out of), four games in which you had a guest signed in who had 0 kills, and one game in which you had two guests signed in both having 0 kills. If either or both guests get 0 kills in a game, that will count against your main account, as well as the one quit/lagout.
The reason why the Automated system is in place is to prevent cheating, habitual quitting, boosting, and other unsporting conduct. Signing in a guest and having that guest do nothing, getting 0 kills is seen by the banhammer as AFC/AFKing (Away from controller), and repeated offenses may even be seen as boosting (Even if you had a guest who was trying to play and could not get a kill). When a person idles, it degrades the gameplay experience and LIVE service for other players as well due to having one less person on your team who is playing and giving the opposing team free kills, which violates the LIVE Code of Conduct you agreed to upon signing up for your Xbox LIVE account.
