I’ve recently been trying to join multiple warzone games and when the game is about about to reach the 5 second waiting time to load the match, I’ve been removed from the game which I believe is due to my internet connection, it should now be resolved. After multiple attempted and failed joins described exactly as above, I received a ban with the message on both warzone and arena games “could not find a server that was suitable for all members of your fireteam”. I will note that I did not recieve a pop up on screen telling me I was banned therefore I am unaware of its duration which has actually been a reoccurring issue, I generally find this quite irritating. I think that because I hadn’t even set foot on the map, it is really aggravating haha, but to be fair, I don’t want to join a warzone or arena game and be one player down due to some other guys bad internet connection, I suppose the ban is fair enough, venting nevertheless lol. This ban has lasted for what feels like a half hour maybe longer which I think is ridiculous, consider those who have just been studying or working really hard and just want some entertaining down time and have given themselves a limit for this until they begin working or studying again, their time has just been consumed by a 30 minute or over ban and in that amount of time they’ve had to resort to watching some not nearly as entertaining video’s on YouTube, very rewarding (said sarcastically), obviously the length of ban duration can be unfortunate issue which I believe is good enough reason to at least limit the maximum ban time to 15 or 20 minutes, giving those working or studying a chance to play at least one game.

the highlighted part ive never seen that as the ban message before. are you sure you are even banned?
It’s my first time seeing the error as well, I’m certain, I haven’t been able to join a game for over a half hour, I’m estimating though. Had to edit that post, I said the word time a lot haha.

do you have the little red triangles next to each play list as well? can you screen shot and send a link?
I also double checked by turning the Xbox on and off again.

i posted a link to someone having the same issue as them go scroll through there, even though what you read seems like bad news maybe youll get some ideas to fix it. also check your xbox reputation as well. but yea that is not ban related at all

Thank you for the reply man! This is a shame, halo 5 is the only game I play online. I can’t believe there has been no recognition from 343 industries. I am absolutely gutted, if I come accross one I’ll be sure to comment with it on his and my own post, I’m trying to work out how to post a screenshot on here right now!

yea basically try re installing the game, in know sounds terrible
then if you are wired try wireless and vice versa
restart your router
check your xbox rep
no screenshot is needed anymore, but in the future just doulbe tap the glowing xbox light and it give your two options one to record, the other to screenshot. then the screenshot is saved on xbox dvr and in your file share

Should i stop playing halo because my game “lost connection” and i got banned from arena for 3 days. I mean really? This keeps on happening. And i bet you the next time it will be perminant. I really enjoyed this game until this started happening. Does anyone know how to contact anyone for help of this issue? Thanks
I keep on losing connection to live and then I get banned from playing live. I love playing this game and now I get banned from playing because I disconnect. Really? I’m banned for 9 hours!
