My account has been banned from reach and halo4 because my brother modded service tag. i am aware 343 dont care about customers after they buy there stuff. My account is now PW protected so my brother cant get on. I ask to be unbanned and this will not happen again @please add service tag ban to all halos
Hi OP - 343 do indeed care about the community, but I’m afraid there isn’t anything that can be done about your ban. As your account is your own responsibility, you are also responsible for who has access to it and accountable for what happens when it’s not under your control. There’s no way to verify who was actually using the account at the time it was modded - anyone could claim it was a friend or relative just to be unbanned. It’s good that you’ve changed your password now, that would have been my parting comment. Be careful who you give access to your accounts in future
Additionally to reflect upon what stckrboy has said, as it reflects LIVE Code of Conduct, I would recommend you read LIVE’s Code of Conduct itself to prevent any confusion in the future with your account. It is a binding agreement you agreed to upon creating your Xbox LIVE account with Microsoft. It is worth reading to prevent matters as such from happening again as it will help you better understand your account and the terms to it.
