My gamertag, RHO eight one, was banned approximately on 11/18/2012, apparently for language violations (I say approximately because the ban message does not specify what date marks the beginning of my ban). The ban states it will be effective for a week. It is now 11/27/2012, and I the ban remains in effect. Moderator, please release my ban. Per the ban message, 7 days have elapsed and I should have the ability to communicate online. If you will not allow me to communicate online, after serving the 7 day ban as specified, please direct me to my next recourse as I believe an error has been made.
I have contacted xbox live regarding this issue. They directed me to this forum. I have fulfilled my ban and wish to fully enjoy my Halo 4 experience by participating in the in-game community. Thank you for your assistance.
