I have been banned for 8 -Yoinking!- hours because I’ve been lagging of these awful servers. Fix this

While it does suck to be banned from disconnections, keep in mind that this is an issue that has been repeating on your end multiple times enough that it is apparent you have a poor connection. Might not be your fault, might be your ISP or your location or your router/ modem. Now i’ve never been disconnected or banned for the reason simply because I don’t have a poor connection. The times that I have, I swiftly identified the problem as my Gateway and fixed it. Whether you quit a game or leave on your own accord makes no difference to the team that is now at a larger disadvantage due to being outnumbered. Since you’ve been banned for this, it obviously happens frequently. Look into new hardware or readjust your hardware settings.
No. As I’ve stated on another users post where you’ve said the same thing, I know a bit about computers and routers. It is not my internet connection, nor is it microsoft’s servers. I never have any connectivity issues with ANY of the other multiple games I play online either on xbox, or on my PC gaming rig. It ONLY happens with halo 5. And I agree that it sucks to be on a team that’s suddenly short handed, but it also sucks to have an awesome kill streak going and to be moments away from a win and then you suddenly find yourself back in the lobby. With a ban. And no I don’t quit many games. The ONLY reason I ever quit games is because as a single father of two, when one if the kids decides to spartan charge the other then parental duties take precedence over finishing my current match.
Also I feel I should point out, I’ve had halo5 since the day it came out. I’ve never once been banned for anything. Yesterday, after their servers dropped me off 4 or 5 games, was the first time I’ve ever gotten the banhammer message.
