LOOK, i really enjoy playing halo5, but sometimes i have things that come up and SOMETIMES i have to back out of a match, or i’ll hide somewhere until i get back. and then i return to see that I’ve been “temporarily” banned from arena gameplay. temporarily should mean 5 minutes or so not 33 hours!! I get banned the previous night, go to work come back 14 hours later only to find that i’m still banned for 12 more hours?!! This is really -Yoink!- me off, because after all i paid for the damn game! so if i want to quit out of a match then i should be free to do so without the fear of getting banned for over a day… so come on guys, get rid of that long term ban hammer BS
Idling is against the rules of matchmaking. In order to get a 12 hour ban you would have had to have been quite a number of times. If you have questions about the ban system you may ask them in the dedicated ban thread linked below.
