Personally as a long time halo player I love playing slayer and now big team slayer. Problem is when ever you lounge big team battle I almost never get big team battle . I’m FORCED to play thing I don’t want to play. If I don’t play them and leave I get banned and if I stay I have no fun.

There have to be some consequences associated with abandoning your team in a match. Especially for those that do it often enough.
They should tell you what game it’s launching and give you a chance to back out. I’d rather have fun while I play games ya know. There should be some consequences for that as well.

I’ll have to try that when I get exhausted on playing things that aren’t fun to me.

Population issues. There’s just not enough people playing to justify a dedicated playlist.
I think is because a lot of gamemodes are really empty and you have to play them mandatory. I wish we could select the maps we want to play by a poll in-game before start the match of the gamemode. That would make the game a bit more player friendly.

see this is where i disagree with it. if no one is talking in the game with random and your not having fun due to the random lack of talking or anything , you should not be penalized if you leave or get disconnected. i mean i dont quit at all due to i could careless but sometimes i get disconnected due to server issues or whatever and some how i get penalized for something that i had no control over to me is wrong .
we need a system in place to determine why they left the match to see if consequences needs to be rewarded

yes , map voting would be nice to have and i think it might help with people quitting out , as some people have their favorite maps

The rules are clear — you can’t quit regardless of the reason. If it happens occasionally it’s not going to trigger a ban so there’s no issue. Everyone quits or lags out once in a while — you’ll get a very short ban unless it keeps happening.
I also hate the games in ranked where 2 or even 1 guys leaves and then I’m just getting murdered tanking my kd. Putting all the blame on the player for leaving isn’t fair

At no point was I saying I deserve everything but come on man if you really think being forced to play things to get what you want to play is fair then I guess we have to agree to disagree.

In ranked as soon as 1 player leaves, the other 3 can quit without penalty.
No possibility of getting banned and you only lose the minimum csr based on the matchup.
The only player that gets penalized is the first one to leave.

I wouldn’t. The system is designed to treat disconnects the same as quits, so that people can avoid bans by unplugging their ethernet cable or something like that. Turning off your console will disconnect you from the match and the system will remember that DNF even when you log back in.

It doesn’t work at all. Restarting your console or closing the game will both result in strikes and bans.

Yep…any disconnect results in a DNF. You can easily check your match history on Waypoint to verify.
