Ban hammer question

Once you get to the point of one quit getting you a ban is there any way to get it so it’s not at that point anymore? That’s the point I’m currently at(sitting on 8 hours for Arena and 24 hours for Warzone for a couple of quits) and I will admit that I do quit more than I probably should though you should be able to tell that based off of my ban lengths. I’m in a spartan company that’s getting close to unlocking the Achilles armour and would rather not get kicked just before the finish line so I’m at a point where I’ll put my frustration aside and finish a game even if I’m getting spawn camped or a bunch of teammates quit just so I won’t get banned again. Will my likelihood of being banned again go down as I finish games or will I always be stuck at the 1 quit ban point? Before you say “Stop quitting then,” that’s what I’m attempting to do. I’m aware that quitting is wrong and I’m aware there’s a notice for it on each playlist. I’m just trying to see if diluting my DNFs with finished games will reduce my chances getting banned again because a 24 hour ban sucks and I know it’s only going to get worse if I continue playing the way I am.

If you stop quiting for a week then the ban should go down

Likelihood of getting banned or the ban timer? And does it continue to go down week after week?

the longer you dont quit the less likely you will be banned and the shorted the ban lengths will be. If your getting banned for that long you will probably need to wait till the season ends before you quit again, it resets then.
