I’m honestly in shock that this is even a thing. I was playing halo 5 after being previously banned for 2 days. Today (5/17/21) I played multiplayer and only left 2 games. I was able to play no problem. But once I tried playing it again I was banned for 2days and 23 hours which is a stupid way of saying 3 days. Does the cool down not reset? It’s ridiculous to even allow this “ban hammer” last this long and according to your website it doesn’t exceed 18hrs…

The exact algorithm is secret - just play when your ban is up, don’t quit and you’ll be fine.
